Escurrirlos, ahuecarlos y dejarlos boca abajo para que desprendan toda el agua que haya quedado de la cocción. Picar la cebolla y rehogarla en manteca, licuarla con la pulpa del zapallito y los huevos. Mezclar este licuado con el arroz, la sal, el queso y el perejil. Rellenar los zapallitos, espolvorerlos con queso rallado, disponerlos en una asadera aceitada y distribuir sobre cada uno un pedacito de manteca. Enmantecar un molde que pueda ir al horno. Cubrir el fondo con la mitad del puré de papas. Distribuir la carne, el huevo duro picado y finalmente tapar con el resto del puré. Hornear a temperatura media hasta que el puré tome color. Escurrirlas muy bien y picarlas. Mezclar con los huevos, el queso y el aceite. Condimentar con sal, pimienta y nuez moscada. Agregar harina hasta formar una pasta consistente. Tomar pequeñas porciones con una cucharita  y echar dentro de una cacerola con agua hirviendo y sal. Repetir la operación hasta terminar la pasta. Retirar del agua cuando los malfatti suban a la superficie. Agregar los chorizos sin piel, desmenuzarlos y rehogarlos. Agregar el choclo bien escurrido. Codimentar con sal, pimienta y orégano. Cocinar unos minutos y verter sobre la pizza, previamente colocada en un molde para horno. Cubrir con las aceitunas fileteadas y el queso cortado en cubitos.
